1.    For each qualifying transaction, passenger is limited to enjoy the Offer once.
2.    The complimentary ticket must be redeemed within the same transaction, class of complimentary ticket will be the same class of tickets purchased.
3.    Passenger with complimentary ticket must present his/her identification documents at the gate for age verification. Passengers who exceed the age limitation of child or senior as stipulated by Cotai Ferry Company Limited (“CFCL”), have to purchase new tickets for boarding.
4.    Child refers to passenger aged 1 - 11 years old and senior refers to passenger aged 60 years old or above.
5.    Passengers who purchased the tickets and passengers with the complimentary ticket must arrive at the boarding gate together and travel on the same ferry.
6.    This Offer only applies to Cotai Water Jet City Routes (Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal to/from Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal) adult full fare Cotai Class or Cotai First tickets.
7.    All sailing schedules must be finished on or before 30 September 2024.
8.    This Offer is subject to seat availability, with limited quantity, and on a first come first serve basis.
9.    This Campaign cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion, discount offers, gift vouchers, cash coupons, associate benefits, credits and points (including Rewards Dollars).
10.    No change, cancellation or refund is available once ticket is issued.
11.    All ferry tickets which are altered, damaged or expired will be void.
12.    CFCL will not be responsible for any lost or stolen ticket and no reissuance of ferry ticket will be entertained.

14.    CFCL reserves the right to pause, change or terminate this Offer and these Terms and Conditions without notice.

16.    The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
