Wheelchair service is available at all terminals. Passengers who are in need of wheelchair service may ask for the assistance of our terminal staff upon arrival at terminal.
Based on relevant safety regulations, all passengers must sit in cabin seats which are met with standards in the International Code of Safety for High Speed Craft, 1994 (“HSC Code”). As wheelchairs do not comply with the seating requirements under the HSC Code, any passengers using wheelchairs are required to move from their wheelchairs to designated seats on the ferry. Wheelchairs must be placed in designated cabin locations.

Typhoon Signal 3	Ticket Handling Procedure when Ferry Sailings are under Strong Wind Signal No. 3 and ferry Sailings are normal :   1. Ticket purchased through Cotai Water Jet terminal ticketing offices or Cotai Water Jet Official website can exchange to a new ticket.  2. Ticket redeemed by CotaiTravel, travel agent voucher, hotel and entertainment package or complimentary ticket of Sands Rewards Club may exchange to a new ticket, refund is not applicable.  3. Ticket purchased via travel agents. Exchange should be processed through the travel agent that bookings were originally made. This is restricted by terms and conditions of the agents. Exchange to a new ticket must be done within 7 days (effective from original sailing date). New sailing departure date must be within 45 days (effective from original sailing date). New ticket could only be the same route and same or lower ticket fare as original ticket. Price difference for lower fare ticket will not be refunded. For the exchange procedure, all passengers can exchange tickets at Cotai Water Jet Terminal ticketing office. When Hong Kong Observatory and Macao Meteorological and Geophysical Bureau (SMG) announce Strong Wind Signal No. 3 is hoisted, Cotai Water Jet may cancel sailings for safety reasons. Passengers affected by this cancellation should follow the procedure same as suspension under Typhoon Signal No. 8 in handling their ferry tickets.
Typhoon Signal 8 or above	Ticket Handling Procedure when ferry services are suspended under Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above: 1. Ticket purchased through Cotai Water Jet Terminal Ticketing Offices or Cotai Water Jet Official Website can apply for refund (apply to particular ticket types) or exchange to a new ticket at Cotai Water Jet Terminal Ticketing Office.  2. Ticket purchased through CotaiTravel, exchange tickets are available at CotaiTravel or Cotai Water Jet Terminal Ticketing Office. Refund must be processed at CotaiTravel. 3. Ticket redeemed by travel agent voucher, hotel and entertainment package or complimentary ticket of Sands Rewards Club are non-refundable, only allow to exchange to a new ticket at Cotai Water Jet Terminal Ticketing Office. Refund (apply to particular ticket types) or exchange to a new ticket must be done within 30 days (effective from original sailing date). New sailing departure date must be within 45 days (effective from original sailing date). New ticket could only be the same route and same or lower ticket fare as original ticket. Tickets booked via Cotai Water Jet Official Website and paid by credit card but not yet collected.  Refunds to the respective credit card can be done by contacting our Customer Service via customer@cotaiwaterjet.com within 30 days (effective from original sailing date). For eligible transactions, refund will be issued to the original credit card used. If part of the tickets has been used, passengers can refund at the Cotai Water Jet Terminal Ticketing Offices. 5. Tickets purchased via travel agents, exchange or refund should be processed through the travel agent that bookings were originally made. This is restricted by terms and conditions of the agents. In the meantime, passengers are allowed to exchange tickets at Cotai Water Jet Terminal Ticketing Office.

Q: Can I apply for a ticket refund?

A: Tickets are valid only for the route, date and time of sailing stated thereon and are not resellable or cancelable. Subject to Clause 2.3 of the Cotai Water Jet TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE OF PASSENGERS, any fare paid shall not be refundable.

Q: Why haven’t I received any confirmation email after booking online?

A: This may happen if your email is set to filter Junk mails. Please check your Spam Filter or Junk Mail Folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered to these folders instead of your inbox. 

For transaction status is 'successful' shown in the booking page, you are advised to present the transaction number and registered credit card for collecting ticket(s) personally at ticket offices which located at terminals. Ticket booked shall be collected not less than 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.

For passengers who are heading to Macao SAR, please pay attention to the followings:-
Eligible HK residents are required to re-enrol for the Macao Automated Immigration Clearance Service (“the Service”) after collecting their new smart ID cards so as to continue to use such service. (Re-enrolment is not required for those who have given consents to the Immigration Department for enrolling the Service). Eligible persons can enrol for the Service at the Enrolment Kiosks located at the Hong Kong Macau ferry terminal halls or the other designated locations. Successful enrolee may use the Service after 3 working days upon the completion of enrolment.

According to the entry requirements of the Macao SAR government, a passenger shall be in possession of a passport, a travel document or other document accepted for immigration control which is valid for at least 90 days beyond the period of intended stay in the Macao SAR.

The arrangement for passenger purchased the ticket with sailing date within sailing suspension period per below.

1. Passenger holding the unused ticket with sailing date on or after 4 Feb 2020 can exchange a same class ferry ticketing with sailing date on or before 30 Jun 2023, no refund for the discount ticket.
2. Passenger holding the unused voucher with expire date on or after 4 Feb 2020 can exchange a same class ferry ticketing with sailing date on or before 30 Jun 2023, no refund for the voucher.
3. The presale of ferry ticket is 30days, passenger please visit the designated Cotai Water Jet ticketing office below for the ticketing arrangement.
