1. Two passengers must travel together and purchase the same sailing schedules of outbound and return ferry tickets, otherwise this Offer will be deemed to be waived.
2. During Promotion Period, each passenger is limited to purchase a maximum of two (2) sets discounted ferry tickets per each transaction.
3. This offer is only applicable to City Route roundtrip ticket purchased through the "Special Discount Zone" section of Cotai Water Jet's official website or mobile APP.
4. The settlement currency for discounted ferry tickets is in Hong Kong dollars.
5. Passengers can present the ferry ticket QR code to enter the check-in gate directly for boarding, or they can redeem physical tickets at the designated ticketing counters below.
6. This offer is subject to seat availability, with limited quantity, and on a first come first serve basis.
7. Discounted ferry tickets are only applicable to on-time sailing schedules on the same date that passengers purchased.
8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion, discount offers, gift vouchers, cash coupons, associate benefits, credits and points (including Rewards Dollars).
9. No change, cancellation or refund is valid once ferry ticket is issued.
10. The discounted ferry ticket cannot be upgraded to Cotai First or VIP cabin.
11. All ferry tickets which are altered or damaged will be void.
12. Cotai Ferry Company Limited (“CFCL”) will not be responsible for any lost or stolen ticket, and no reissuance of ferry ticket will be entertained.
13. This offer is subject to the “Terms and Conditions of Carriage of Passengers and Luggage” of CFCL.
14. CFCL reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate these Terms and Conditions or this Offer at any time without notice.
15. In case of any dispute, the decision of CFCL shall be final.
16. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
