1. This Offer is only applicable to City Route one-way ticket purchased through the "Special Discount Zone" section of Cotai Water Jet's official website or mobile APP.
2. The settlement currency for discounted ferry tickets is in Hong Kong dollars.
3. During the Promotion Period, each passenger can purchase a maximum of eight (8) discounted one-way ferry tickets per each transaction.
4. Passengers can present the ferry ticket QR code to enter the check-in gate directly for boarding, or they can redeem physical tickets at the designated ticketing counters below.
5. This Offer is subject to seat availability, with limited quantity, and on a first come first serve basis.
6. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion, discount offers, gift vouchers, cash coupons, associate benefits, credits and points (including Rewards Dollars).
7. No change, cancellation or refund is valid once ferry ticket is issued.
8. All ferry tickets which are altered or damaged will be void.
9. CFCL will not be responsible for any lost or stolen ticket, and no reissuance of ferry ticket will be entertained.
10. This offer is subject to the “Terms and Conditions of Carriage of Passengers and Luggage” of CFCL.
11. CFCL reserves the right to pause, change or terminate this offer and these Terms and Conditions without further notice.
12. In case of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer and these Terms and Conditions, CFCL reserves the right of final decision.
13. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
