  • Luggage Tag Through Service (Service in Suspension)
    Cotai Water Jet in collaboration with participating airlines offers the convenience of baggage tag through service. Baggage tag through allows the transfer of your baggage from the departure port to your final destination offering a hassle free journey.

  • Airport Route Upstream Check-in Service (Service in Suspension)
    Passengers on Cotai Water Jet can enjoy the convenience of Up-Stream check-in services on participating airlines. Services includes general check-in, collection of boarding pass, bag tag and tax refund coupon, baggage check as well as CIQ (Customs, Immigration and Quarantine) clearance either before taking the ferry to the Hong Kong International Airport or before taking their flight from home destination to final destination.

  • Charging Station Service
    Charging stations are available at the departure waiting hall at the Taipa Ferry Terminal for the convenience of our passengers.

     
  • Porter & Baggage Service
    Passengers can take advantage of our Luggage check-in service available at designated points in both Hong Kong and Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal.

  • Wheel Chair Service
    Wheelchair service is available at all terminals. Passengers who are in need of wheelchair service may ask for the assistance of our terminal staff upon arrival at terminal.
    Based on relevant safety regulations, all passengers must sit in cabin seats which are met with standards in the International Code of Safety for High Speed Craft, 1994 (“HSC Code”). As wheelchairs do not comply with the seating requirements under the HSC Code, any passengers using wheelchairs are required to move from their wheelchairs to designated seats on the ferry. Wheelchairs must be placed in designated cabin locations.

    Taking customers' priorities as our very own, Cotai Water Jet provides a range of guest services to truly meet the needs of our passengers. Our professional team will be on hand to assist passengers not only when they are on board a Cotai Water Jet vessel but also to ensure seamless transfers to and from their sea journey.

    Our range of services include a fully escorted meet-and-greet airport and city route service at our service ports (from Shun Tak Centre in Sheung Wan / Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) to Taipa Ferry Terminal, Macau), easy check-in as well as porter and luggage service, creating a smooth process making every journey memorable and trouble free.
