Operation Officer/ Deputy Manager
Responsibilities:
 
•    Assist in supervising and managing day-to-day operations, including cabin crew management and cabin services.
•    Prepare daily and monthly cabin F&B usage report, outstanding purchase orders report, and contract spending analysis report.
•    Assist in handling purchase orders through the SAP Ariba system, track orders, and ensure timely delivery.
•    Assist the department head and service manager with ad-hoc projects and tasks related to cabin services.
•    Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to work collaboratively with other team members to accomplish tasks.

Requirements:
 
•    Degree holder with at least 1 year of relevant experience in operations management.
•    Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
•    Familiar with MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
•    Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
•    Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Customer Service Officer (5-days work)
Working Location : Sheung Wan Central and Western District
Workplace Option: On-site

Responsibilities
•    Manage customer inquiries and complaints through hotline and email in a timely and professional manner
•    Support data entry tasks and prepare accurate reports for management review
•    Conduct random audits and customer surveys across customer-facing areas to enhance service quality
