Customer Service Officer (5-days work)

1. Provide onboard cabin services;
2. Respond to passenger inquiries;
3. Shift work is required.

1. HKDSE or above qualification, with an interest in working on luxury high-speed ferries between Hong Kong and Macau;
2. Applicants with experience in food and beverage service or relevant training in tourism or hospitality are welcome;
3. Upon joining, the company will provide a series of on-the-job training and arrange for trainees to attend professional skills training and examinations at MSTI. This will not only enhance personal capabilities but also enable trainees to obtain the professional (STCW 2010) certificate and the recognized "Seafarer's Registration Book" (commonly known as the "Red Book") issued by the Hong Kong Marine Department.

1. Responsible for greeting visitors, diversion control;
2. Handle passenger’s inquiries;
3. Responsible for seat assignment;

1. Secondary 5 or above;
2. Good command of spoken Chinese and Cantonese, can communicate in English;
3. 1 years’ or above relevant experience in customer service is a plus;

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for vessel mooring and unmooring.
2. Assist passengers and ensure passengers’ safety during onboarding and offboarding.
3. Responsible for handling outbound and inbound baggage.  
4. Assist in handling administration work related to vessels.
5. Shift duty is required.

Requirements

1. Secondary 3 or above.
2. Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience is preferred.
3. Self-motivated, possess the can-do-attitude and ability of multi-tasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
4. Good command of spoken Chinese

Requirements

1. DSE or above.
2. 3 years or more of customer service or ticketing experience.

4. Computer knowledge is required, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
5. Familiarity with Chinese and English input methods.

Responsibilities

1. Operate ferry between Hong Kong & Macau.
2. Ensure the safety of crew members & passengers.  
3. Ensure all crew members comply with ISO & ISM regulations.
4. Responsible for evaluating crew members’ performance.  

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Maritime Studies, or related discipline or related field.
2. Valid Master Certificates of Competency – Class 1 (River Trade / Seagoing).
3. Valid employment registration book issued by Hong Kong Marine Department.
4. Attended and hold valid certificates of International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW), International Code of Safety for High Speed Craft (HSC code), and other technical training required by Hong Kong Marine Department
5. Valid Certificates of Proficiency in Basic Training Certificates (STCW 2010) recognized by Hong Kong Marine Department.

   • fire prevention and fire-fighting;
   • elementary first Aid; and
   • personal safety and social responsibilities.

6. Working experience in High-speed ferry service is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the operation of the engine room.
2. Supervise the engineering team to complete checking before sailing.
3. Ensure the safety in the engine room and the safety of engine operation.
4. Responsible for the maintenance of machinery onboard the vessel.  

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineer, or related discipline or related field.
2. Valid Chief Engineer Certificates of Competency – Class 2 or above (River Trade / Seagoing) issued by Hong Kong Marine Department.
3. Valid Seaman's Identity Book issued by Hong Kong Marine Department.

1. Assist Chief Engineer in checking and monitoring engines and machinery onboard the vessel.
2. Responsible for completing simple vessel repair and maintenance.
3. Willing to work on shift.  

Requirements

1. Valid Chief Engineer Certificates of Competency – Class 3 or above (River Trade / Seagoing) issued by Hong Kong Marine Department or other equivalent qualification.
2. Valid Seaman's Identity Book issued by Hong Kong Marine Department.
3. Valid Certificates of Proficiency in Basic Training Certificates (STCW 2010) recognized by Hong Kong Marine Department.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the Team in daily operations.
2. On-the-spot inspection on assigned work and performance of both supervisors and team members, such as grooming standard, etiquette and terminology.
3. Handling passenger complaints on the site, try to control within the limits of their authority.
4. Responsible for staff benefits collection and distribution, leave approval, staff mobilization and job allocation.
5. Strict implementation on Safety Management System and promote Safe Operation of the terminal according to the ISM.

Responsibilities

1. Manually or mechanically carry passengers' luggage and supplies, handle baggage check-in and baggage collection, and assist passengers onboarding and offboarding (including providing wheelchair services).
2. Shift work is required.
