The boarding location for Macau Cruise Tour is at Lane 2, Taipa Ferry Terminal Macau, next to the Corpo de Polícia de Segurança Pública (Edifício de Serviços de Migração)[Immigration Building of the Public Security Police Force]. Guests are welcomed to seek for assistance with on-site staff.

2. What are the features of Macau Cruise Tour?
There are two routings for our Macau Cruise Tour, one is the “Macau Cruise Sightseeing Route” and the other is the “Macau Cruise Fireworks Route”.

The 60-minute “Macau Cruise Sightseeing Route” takes visitors to some of the popular attractions in Macao. Departing from the Taipa Ferry Terminal, you will first visit the 4th Macao-Taipa Bridge – Ponte Macau, Sands Macao, Macao Science Center, Kun Iam Ecumenical Centre, Macau Tower, Portas do Entendimento and Shaptsz Moon in sequence. Among these, the Macao Science Center, Kun Iam Ecumenical Centre, and Macau Tower are attractions that tourists cannot miss when visiting Macao. The return journey will approach Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge for passenger observation.

The "Macau Cruise Fireworks Route" will operate on designated dates when firework displays are held in Macao. The trip lasts about 70 minutes, allowing you to watch the gorgeous fireworks from an excellent location.

Passengers can choose the class of cabin when purchasing tickets of the Macau Cruise Tour. Before boarding, your seat will be arranged according to corresponding class by  on-site staffs.

6. Will the Macau Cruise Tour be suspended due to inclement weather or other unexpected situations?
In the event of inclement weather or other unexpected situations, the sailing service may be adjusted or cancelled at any time without notice. Passengers can apply for a refund or change of sailing schedule within 7 days upon the original sailing date of the tickets at designated Ticketing Counter. Cotai Ferry Company Limited's liability for cancellation or delay to any sailing schedules or cancellation of any tickets is limited to fare refund. In no event shall Cotai Ferry Company Limited be under any other liability to any passengers for any delay prior to embarkation or during the voyage.
