No, you can't. Passengers are required to sit in designated seats to enjoy the scenery and take photos.

6. What is the arrangement for Macau Cruise Tour when it is suspended due to inclement weather or other unexpected situation?
In the event of inclement weather or other unexpected situation, the sailing service may be adjusted or cancelled at any time without notice. Passengers can apply for a refund or change of sailing schedule within 7 days upon the original sailing date of the tickets at the Ticketing Counter. Cotai Ferry Company Limited's liability for cancellation or delay to any sailing schedules or cancellation of any tickets is limited to fare refund.
