1. This Offer is applicable to two passengers travelling together only. Passengers must purchase the ferry tickets of the same class and sailing schedule of outbound or return, otherwise this Offer will be deemed to be waived.
2. During the Selling Period, each passenger can only enjoy the offer once per each transaction.
3. All sailing schedules must be completed within the Promotion Period (i.e. on or before 18 December 2026).
4. The settlement currency for discounted ferry tickets is in Hong Kong dollars.
5. Passengers can present the ferry ticket QR code to enter the check-in gate directly for boarding, or redeem physical tickets at designated ticketing counters.
6. Discounted ferry tickets are subject to seat availability, with limited quantity, and on a first come first serve basis.
7. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion, discount offers, gift vouchers, cash coupons, associate benefits, credits and points (including Rewards Dollars).
8. No change, cancellation or refund is available once ferry ticket is issued.
9. All ferry tickets which are altered or damaged will be void.
10. Cotai Ferry Company Limited (“CFCL”) will not be responsible for any lost or stolen ticket, and no reissuance of ferry ticket will be entertained.
11. This Offer is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Carriage of Passengers and Luggage of CFCL.
12. CFCL reserves the right to pause, change or terminate this Offer and these Terms and Conditions without further notice.
13. In case of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Offer and these Terms and Conditions, CFCL reserves the right of final decision.
14. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
