2. This Campaign applies to Cotai Water Jet city routes only. Cotai Water Jet city routes: Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal to/from Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal.
3. This Campaign applies to Cotai Water Jet’s Cotai Class and Cotai First ferry tickets only, and does not applies to VIP Cabin ferry tickets.
4. Each Sands Lifestyle Credit Card/Sands Lifestyle Digital Card may purchase a maximum of four (4) discounted ferry tickets under this Campaign per day. Sands Lifestyle Credit Card/Sands Lifestyle Digital Card number will be recorded to avoid duplicated redemption.
5. Sands Lifestyle Credit Card/Sands Lifestyle Digital Card cardholder and the additional guest(s) must arrive at the gate together and travel on the same ferry.  There is no restriction on the age of the additional guest(s).
6. All sailing schedules must be completed within the Promotion Period (i.e. on or before 31 December 2025).
7. Discounted ferry tickets are subject to seat availability, with limited quantity, and on a first come first serve basis.
8. This Campaign cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion, discount offers, gift vouchers, cash coupons, associate benefits, credits and points (including Rewards Dollars). 
9. This Campaign cannot be used in purchasing E-ticket and E-voucher.
10. No change, cancellation or refund is available once ferry ticket is issued.
11. All ferry tickets which are altered or damaged will be void.
12. Cotai Ferry Company Limited (“CFCL”) will not be responsible for any lost or stolen ticket, and no reissuance of ferry ticket will be entertained.
13. By participating in the Offer, passengers confirm their agreement with the privacy policy of CFCL as stated on https://www.cotaiwaterjet.com/privacy-policy.html (“Privacy Notice”).
14. By participating in the Offer, passenger hereby expressly acknowledges and provides consent for his/her personal data be collected, used, and shared as described herein and in the Privacy Notice. Passenger authorizes CFCL to collect, use, store and process, automatically or manually, all personal data he/she provides CFCL during his/her participation in this Offer (including partial digits of Sands Lifestyle Credit Card/Sands Lifestyle Digital Card number of passenger and any data related with his/her participation in this Offer) (hereinafter the “Data”), for the purposes of offer redemption record. In addition, passenger also expressly authorizes CFCL to share and disclose, in confidentiality, his/her Data with Las Vegas Sands Corp. (“LVSC”) in the United States of America, Sands China Ltd. (“SCL”) in Hong Kong and Marina Bay Sands (“MBS”) in Singapore, any of its affiliates (collectively “Sands”) and with any third party service providers of any Sands’ properties that has entered into a written agreement with Sands that is substantially similar to CFCL’s privacy policy, for the above said purposes and so that passenger may be provided with more consistent and personalized experiences across Sands’ properties. Passenger acknowledges that the transfers authorized may constitute an international transfer of personal data and that the different jurisdictions where CFCL, LVSC, SCL, MBS, affiliates and third-party service providers are incorporated may have different data privacy laws and protections. CFCL will comply with the applicable requirements under the Laws of the People’s Republic of China and the Macao Special Administrative Region on cross-border transfer of personal data, and will implement appropriate safeguards. Passenger has the right to view his/her personal data, request additional information about its storage and processing, require any necessary amendments or withdraw the consent herein. Passenger can change, remove or review the information provided anytime by either writing to CFCL at Estrada da Baía de Nossa Senhora da Esperança, The Venetian Macao, Executive Offices – L2, Taipa, Macao or by emailing CFCL at privacy@sands.com.mo. Passengers’ personal data will be kept during their participation in this Offer and for the period of time that the concession contract that Venetian Macau Limited is a party to for the operation of casino games of chance in the Macao Special Administrative Region is in force.
15. This Campaign is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Carriage of Passengers and Luggage of CFCL.
16. CFCL reserves the right to pause, change or terminate this Campaign and these Terms and Conditions without further notice.  
17. In case of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Campaign and these Terms and Conditions, CFCL reserves the right of final decision.     
18. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
